I don’t know who made Holleywood accordions but the two I have seen have been nice accordions. This is a nice looking accordion that is smaller with a keyboard under 17 inches and at 20 pounds it is easy to play Shifts are L, M, H, LH, and LMH This is a nice playing accordion. This accordion was sold by the Accordion Connection in Concord NH. He had them made by Serenelline in Italy to his specifications. It is a very well made accordion with great sound. The key board and bass mechanism are smooth and quiet. This accordion looks, feels, and sounds like new but it isn’t. It comes with a case and a 2 year warranty.

CORDOVOX CG6M WITH TONE GENERATOR, AMP AND LESLIE SPEAKER $1700

This cordovox accordion just as an acoustic instrument sounds great. It also comes with a tone generator, amp, and leslie speaker. The accordion is in excellent condition as is the amp and leslie speaker, The tone generator has very low volume on the bass side. to be honest I am not sure I am using it right, You can also buy a Midiadd ma-3cv adapter ( midiadd.com ) which allows you to plug this accordion into any synthesizer.  I am not to excited about shipping this as it will cost a lot but would drive it to anywhere with in 250 mi of Montpelier Vt. if you want it shipped to you i will need all cost covered.

Normally I wouldn’t bother with an accordion of this vintage but the previous owner took such good care of it that it was in great cosmetic condition. Also the keyboard was much better than they usually are on an accordion this old. So as I had spare time I would pick away at it. It has all new wax and reed leathers and a rebuilt keyboard that is fast and quiet. It has three palm shifts on the keyboard side. As is common with these old accordions each shift turns one or more reed banks on or off. In this case the bottom one switches the bassoon reeds on or off, the middle one turns off or on one of the clarinet reeds, and the top one turns on or off the other two clarinet reeds. So you can select one, two, or all three clarinet reeds depending on how wet you want the sound to be, and you can add in the bassoon reed too. They are located under the keyboard like a palm master. The end result is a very versatile accordion that is a pleasure to look at, play, and listen to. Compression is very good as well.
